Forecasting of crash of the traveling crane

     Rather frequently during building there is a fall of the elevating crane. As the reason of this crash always name poor-quality ramming of embankment at installation of a rails. However application of special quality monitoring of preparation of embankment does not reduce quantity of these failures.
     Actually, fall of the elevating crane occurs then when influence of a tectonic disturbance does an effect only on one rail (see the previous example). In that case to avoid failure it is possible would be by insignificant displacement of rails.
